How do you work, ongoing or single workshops?
I craft all of my engagements specific to your problems and needs. You might only need me for a half day session or you might need me to join you on your journey for a few months. We'll sort this out in our first chat.

Absolutley. We can structure a Fractional Head of Product engagement where I can work with you and your team on an ongoing basis until you are ready to hire someone to take the reigns. I can even help you find a great fit for that leadership role when you are ready.
What size and stages of companies do you work with?
I work with a wide variety of teams depending on their needs. My sweet spot is established but early stage startups (Seed funded+) through IPO prep.
What does a typical engagement cost?
Every engagement is different. I keep things simple and charge an hourly rate with reductions for longer engagements. I also offer discounts for early stage companies (pre Series A). We'll put togther a plan ahead of time so their won't be any surprises.
What types of businesses do you work with?
My deepest experience is in B2B SaaS but I also have extensive experience in Marketplace platforms and B2B2C.
